Frequently asked
How is MeetRecap different from existing notetakers?+
We're focused on Google Workspace teams. Recaps land directly in Google Docs, follow-ups draft in Gmail, and everything stays inside the tools your team already uses every day.
Do you train models on my meetings?+
No. Transcripts and recordings are processed only to generate your recap and are deleted on request. We don't use your data to train third-party models.
Does it join live calls?+
Not yet. During the pilot you upload the Google Meet recording (or paste the Meet transcript) and we return a recap in under a minute. Live join is on the roadmap.
What does the pilot cost?+
Free while we're onboarding pilot teams. Pricing will be usage-based and announced before billing starts — you'll always get 30 days notice.
